Law of Agency This is an SAE Course Course Description: This course focuses on agency relationships between brokers, their agents, and clients, and the fiduciary duties created by and required of those agency relationships. It also discusses disclosure of agency relationships as well as termination of agency relationships. The course provides an overview of seller and buyer representation and intermediary, and addresses third-party relationships. Further, it covers the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and how it applies to agents.
